POOL RULES

Phase 5 Pool Rules

It is your responsibility to adhere to the following:

1. Pool Hours: 8am – 11pm. Residents and Guests of Phase 4 only.
2. IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED – substantiating Phase 5 residency.
3. Children under 3 years of age not permitted in pool.
4. Individuals with shoulder length hair must wear bathing caps.
5. Shower before entering pool.
6. No horseplay or running.
7. No toys or floating objects except life preservers.
8. No skates, skateboards, bicycles or mopeds in the pool area.
9. Absolutely no pets in pool area.
10. Children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
11. Chaise, lounges, & tables cannot be reserved.
12. No pool furniture is to be removed from pool area.
13. No food, alcoholic beverages or glass containers in pool area.
14. Trash must be discarded in containers provided.
15. No casting or fishing allowed on pool deck…
16. Pool capacity 14 persons.

DIVING NOT PERMITTED

All Persons use pool at their own risk. No lifeguards on duty.
