If a meeting is held and a motion is made and seconded it will require a vote of 60% of the members present to pass. It is, therefore, VERY IMPORTANT that you either attend or provide a proxy so that association business can be enacted. 

Upon conclusion of the Annual Meeting there will be a Board of Directors Meeting for the election of officers for the Board of Directors and representatives to the Country Club Board of Governors for Year 2026-27

Monthly Maintenance & Assessments:

  • Due the 1st of each month.  Late charges assessed after the 10th of each month.  If not received by the 10th of the following month,  the matter goes to the Attorney for c ollection. 
  • Payment method for monthly maintenance and assessments:  Payments should be made directly to Centennial Bank, the PIR-G's bank.  Centennial Bank has several payment options..  The details are in a letter under the FORMS - DOCUMENTS section of this website.

. Laundry machines:    Please call VIP Laundry Service directly at  786-593-6579 for fastest service.  Be prepared report the following information so VIP can take action.

  • the Building # or street address,
  • the floor where the problem is,
  • whether its a washer or dryer,
  • whether it's near the window or the door.
