Monthly Maintenance & Assessments:
- Due the 1st of each month. Late charges assessed after the 10th of each month. If not received by the 10th of the following month, the matter goes to the Attorney for c ollection.
- Payment method for monthly maintenance and assessments: Payments should be made directly to Centennial Bank, the PIR-G's bank. Centennial Bank has several payment options.. The details are in a letter under the FORMS - DOCUMENTS section of this website.

. Laundry machines: Please call VIP Laundry Service directly at 786-593-6579 for fastest service. Be prepared report the following information so VIP can take action.
